For all parking offenses for which no specific fine or penalty is otherwise provided in Schedules I, II, and III of this chapter, the fines for a violation of parking regulations contained in those schedules shall be as follows:
(A) Twenty five dollars if paid in the City Clerk’s Office within 14 days of issuance of the parking citation;
(B) Thirty five dollars if paid in the City Clerk’s Office more than 14 days after the issuance of the parking citation; or
(C) If the aforesaid fines are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the parking violation citation, a summons or notice to appear shall be issued to the registered owner of the vehicle requiring a court appearance with respect to the violation. Upon conviction, the violator shall be fined $75 plus court costs.
