(A) Maximum absenteeism. Except as otherwise provided by federal or state statutes, all employees will be discharged if they are absent or otherwise inactive from the performance of their mob for a cumulative period of 198 working days or longer within any rolling 12 calendar months, regardless of the reason for the absence.
(B) Application. This section shall apply to all absences that occur after the effective date of this section.
