Sections 12.130 through 12.136 and 12.138 will expire on August 17, 2013, unless, on or before that date, a subsequent ordinance is enacted, addressing the disclosure of external contacts to the Board regarding:
(A) Hiring potential Metra employees or promoting, transferring or increasing the pay of existing Metra employees; and
(B) Procurement.
