(A) Metra may, from time to time, amend this plan solely to change the fare amount in Schedule A (§§ 111.060 and 111.061). Metra will review any changes in the fare amount with the RTA Board in conjunction with the RTA approval of Metra’s five-year plan under former § 2.01(c) of the RTA Act, now being codified at 70 ILCS 3615/2.01b.
(B) Section 111.050 through 111.055 shall be effective upon approval by the RTA Board of an Ordinance Establishing RTA Policy and Setting Forth General Guidelines for Implementing Farebox Revenue Financing Plans (§§ 111.056 through 111.061) substantially in the form of Exhibit A to this ordinance codified herein.
