§ 73.023 CHAIRPERSON AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AUTHORIZED TO IMPLEMENT.

   The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Board and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division, are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce said amendment in § 73.024.
