AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT LOSS FINANCING PLAN The Regional Transportation Authority, The Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority, The Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority, and the Chicago Transit Authority hereby agree to amend the Articles of Agreement, Loss Financing Plan dated October 1, 1986, as follows: 1. PART I, ARTICLE ONE, SUBSECTION 1.6 is amended by adding, at the end of this subsection, the following sentence: “Covered Person” also means any trustee named under the RTA Pension Trust Agreement, as restated and amended effective January 1, 1987, or as thereafter amended, whether or not such trustee is a director, officer or employee of a Participating Entity. 2. PART I, ARTICLE ONE, SUBSECTION 1.28 is amended by adding, at the end of the subsection, the following phrase: ... or in his or her capacity as a trustee under the RTA Pension Trust Agreement, as restated and amended effective January 1, 1987, or as thereafter amended. 3. PART II, COVERAGE B, TITLE is amended by changing the Title of “Coverage B” to read as follows (with new language underlined) : COVERAGE B - DIRECTOR, OFFICER, EMPLOYEE AND OTHER COVERED PENSION PROTECTION All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
