Each participant, whose employment with the employer and all affiliates is terminated, shall be entitled to a distribution of the entire balance in his or her salary deferral contribution account (other than as provided in §§ 33.095 through 33.101), payable in accordance with the provisions of this §§ 33.115 through 33.122.
