(A) An employee who becomes a participant shall continue to be a participant until his or her employment with the employer terminates and shall thereupon cease to be a participant, except to the extent of any undistributed benefits to which he or she may be entitled to hereunder in respect of his or her prior participation in the plan.
(B) A participant who terminates employment with the employer and is thereafter re-employed by the employer shall be entitled to have salary deferral contributions made on his or her behalf after he or she again satisfies the requirements of § 33.020(D).
