Each employee shall become a participant as of the enrollment date coincident with or next following the latest of the following dates:
(A) The date on which such employee becomes an employee;
(B) The date on which the plan becomes effective with respect to such employee;
(C) The date on which such employee completes six months of continuous service; or
(D) Thirty days after such employee authorizes the Committee to have salary deferral contributions made by the employer on his or her behalf in accordance with § 33.035 and directs the Committee as to the manner in which such salary deferral contributions shall be invested in accordance with § 33.051.
