(A) The Board hereby amends said §§ 31.001 through 31.009 and 31.025 through 31.036 to require the Executive Director to secure Board approval for any and all contributions to be made by Metra, including matching contributions and any special contributions, as described in Exhibit A to the Plan, but not including contributions made by individual employees.
(B) This amendment shall become effective immediately.
