§ 31.001 PARTICIPATION IN 401(k) PLAN.
   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the Commuter Rail Division to become a participating employer in the Regional Transportation Authority 401(k) Plan (“401(k) Plan”) effective upon the receipt of a favorable determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service regarding the qualification of the 401(k) Plan under I.R.C. § 401 and related provisions.
