The name of this advisory board is the Citizens Advisory Board (“CAB”). The mission of the CAB is to be an advocate for regional rail by learning the Commuter Rail Division (“Metra”)’s complex operations and funding, the region it serves and by providing advice on the impact the Commuter Rail Board’s (“CRB”) policies and programs have on the communities’ served by the CAB members (“members” as described in §§ 14.004 through 14.012).
