The CAB is composed of no less than ten members, each of whom must reside within Metra’s service area. Members shall serve without compensation. Each CRB Director has the discretion to appoint a member or may proxy his or her selection to the CRB Chair. The CRB Chair may appoint additional members and alternates if he or she determines it’s in the best interest of Metra. The CAB shall be limited to 15 members, except as otherwise approved by the CRB.
