10-4-11: DESTRUCTION OF DANGEROUS OR WILD ANIMALS TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY OR GENERAL WELFARE:
Nothing herein set forth shall require the impounding of any dangerous, vicious, or wild animal or prevent the destruction of any dangerous, vicious, or wild animal in order to protect the public health, safety or general welfare. (Ord. 433, 1-26-2010, eff. 3-1-2010)
