All persons engaged in landscaping shall comply with all traffic and parking regulations in the City, parking only where parking is permitted, with right wheels nearest a curb. Traffic cones or reflectors, bright orange or red, shall be placed at the left front and left rear of all landscape vehicles and trailers while parked on a public street.
