680.04 SNOW REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS.

No snow removal contractor or person who is removing snow shall move or leave any snow in such position as to hinder either vehicular or pedestrian traffic, or allow any snow to remain upon any sidewalk, street, right-of-way, or public or private drive.
