In the event of any conflict between any of the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code, as adopted in Section 1610.01, and any provision of this Part Sixteen - Fire Prevention Code, or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, or any other local ordinance, or any State statute, the stricter standard shall prevail, except that rules adopted and orders issued by the Fire Marshal pursuant to R.C. Chapter 3743 prevail in the event of a conflict.
