1464.06 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER TO HOMES PURCHASED THROUGH A SHERIFF'S SALE.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all property purchased through a sheriff's sale. Within ten days of the date of purchase through a sheriff's sale, the purchaser of the home shall arrange for the Zoning Inspector to inspect the structure.
