(a) The Zoning Inspector shall inspect or cause to be inspected all pools within the City at such times as he deems necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter. The Inspector is hereby authorized to enter upon any premises, private or public, to take such samples of water from such pools at such times as he deems necessary and to order the owner, proprietor or operator to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) In the event of the failure of such person to comply with such an order of the Inspector after ten days from the date of notice to do so, the Inspector shall have the power to abate or cause a suspension of the use of such pool until such time as the same is in his opinion no longer a menace or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare.
