(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of the "Rehabilitation Specifications of the Department of Community Development, " as adopted in Section 1453.01, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on a second or subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions of such Specifications or with applicable law.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of the "Code Enforcement Guidelines for Residential Rehabilitation, " as adopted in Section 1453.02, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on a second or subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions of such Guidelines or with applicable law.
(c) A minor misdemeanor is punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A misdemeanor of the first degree is punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1, 000) or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
