At least one copy of the "Rehabilitation Specifications of the Department of Community Development" and related documents, as adopted in Section 1453.01, and at least one copy of the "Code Enforcement Guidelines for Residential Rehabilitation" and related documents, as adopted in Section 1453.02, shall be on file in the office of the Administrative Assistant for inspection by the public, At least one copy of each of the same shall also be on file in the County Law Library. In addition, the Administrative Assistant shall have copies of the same available for distribution to the public at a cost of ten dollars ($10.00) each.
