Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations and to provide provisions for the rehabilitation of certain older residential buildings, that certain code known as the "Code Enforcement Guidelines for Residential Rehabilitation," consisting of Articles 1 through 9, and being the first edition thereof.
