1264.09 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER CITY LAW; CONFLICTS.

Land use in the Yacht Club District shall meet all of the requirements of Part Fourteen - the Building and Housing Code and Part Sixteen - the Fire Prevention Code, and all City ordinances regulating construction, now existing or as hereafter adopted, and in the event of a difference between any of them, the more strict shall be the governing requirement.
