(a) The use of watercraft for permanent living facilities or commercial facilities is hereby prohibited.
(b) Servicing of watercraft is hereby defined to include normal boat, motor, drive line and propeller repair, and routine maintenance in the nature of bottom cleaning, painting and minor topside work, provided that major repairs such as construction or rebuilding of boats, installation of new bottoms or substantial additions or alterations are hereby specifically prohibited.
(c) The commercial sale or rental of boats is hereby prohibited.
(d) Wet or dry storage of members' boats is permitted as specified in this chapter.
(e) The removal of subaqueous soil from channels, lagoons or Lake Erie by the operation of a dredge is hereby permitted, but not to exceed that which is necessary to maintain sufficient depth in the channel or lagoons, as dictated by safe navigation and in accordance with the regulations of the Federal, State and City governments, including, with respect to the City, that such removal be in accordance with the provisions of Part Four - the Traffic Code and the City's police powers, including, but not limited to, specification of routes as required in the public interest.
(f) The sale of food, refreshments and novelties is hereby permitted on the premises, provided that such sales are in the furtherance of the activity of the club and only to members and members' guests.
(g) No garbage or rubbish shall be stored within 150 feet of any residentially zoned property. Any such storage area shall be screened.
(h) The activities of a yacht club in a Yacht Club District shall be limited to whatever extent is necessary so as not to damage the residential character of the surrounding areas.
