"Yacht Club" means an organization organized and maintained by its members for the purposes of using and enjoying private pleasure watercraft on a nonprofit basis, subject to all present and future Federal, State and local laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to the use of private pleasure watercraft and persons belonging to such organizations or associations.
