   1252.03   PERMITTED BUILDINGS AND USES IN MULTIFAMILY DISTRICTS.
   The following buildings and uses are permitted in Multifamily Districts:
   (a)   Two-family dwellings;
   (b)   Group or row houses, and garden-apartments; and (c) Tourist homes.
