In order to obtain approval of the final plat, six copies of the following plat plans and data shall be submitted for review:
(a) The final plat to be recorded drawn with India ink on tracing cloth, conforming to requirements of the County Recorder as to format, and upon which shall be included all of the statements and information required by law and to insure the compliance of such plat with the intent and conditions of the conditional approval of the preliminary plat, prepared and certified by a registered surveyor;
(b) Completely detailed plans for the construction of all improvements contemplated by the conditional approval of the preliminary plat to completely improve all of the land included on the final plat and a detailed estimate of quantities and cost of such construction, all prepared and certified by a registered professional engineer;
(c) Protective covenants as may be required in form for recording; and
(d) Such other bonds, fees, certificates, guarantee of title, affidavits and endorsements as may be required in the enforcement of these Subdivision Regulations.
