(a)   Use of the City baseball and softball fields will be by permit only, obtainable through the City Hall, with rules set forth by the Mayor's office.
   (b)   An organization may obtain a permit for the use of a baseball or softball field by filing an application with the Mayor’s Secretary that contains the following information: (1) name, address and contact information for the organization; (2) the nature of the activity and the fields that the organization wishes to use; and (3) the dates, times and days of the week that the organization wishes to use the fields.
   (c)   Each organization shall pay a fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per baseball or softball field that is used by the organization.
