In the event the owner referred to in Section 1034.01 does not trim or remove any tree, plant or shrub, or any part thereof, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, then the Service Supervisor shall have enforced the provisions of this chapter and shall cause to be trimmed or removed such tree, plant or shrub, or part thereof. This remedy shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1034.99.
