(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both.
(b) Whoever violates Section 890.11(l) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense.
