878.09 SEVERABILITY.

In the event any provision of Sections 878.01 through 878.99 shall be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
