874.02 RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE.

No license shall be issued for trap shooting unless and until the Mayor is satisfied that the same will be properly supervised and conducted in only open spaces within the City, so as not to be dangerous to persons or property within the City and without causing any nuisance.
