870.27 RECORDS OF TAXICAB DRIVERS' LICENSES; FORMS.

The Mayor shall file and keep a complete record of all taxicab drivers' license applications, fees paid, and licenses issued, with the name and address of each licensee and the name and business address of his employer. The license shall be in such form as the Mayor shall prescribe.
