870.15 TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.

No person shall operate a taxicab in the City without first having obtained a taxicab driver's license from the Chief of Police. The fee for such license shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for each year, such fee to be collected by the Chief. All such licenses shall expire on December 31 of each year.
