846.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisoned not more than thirty days for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
