846.04 PERMIT APPLICATION; CONTENTS.
   An application for such a permit shall set forth the following information:
   (a)   The route along which the parade is to proceed, or the place at which the meeting is to be held;
   (b)    The time such parade or meeting is to start;
   (c)    The duration of such parade or meeting,
   (d)    The name and address of the person or organization in charge, in control or responsible for the parade or meeting,
   (e)    The purpose of such parade or meeting; and
   (f)    The approximate number of persons involved in such parade or meeting. (Ord. 94-0-06. Passed 9-27-94.)
