Issuance of the license required in Section 830.01 shall be confined to one license per residence in any twelve-month period. The license so issued shall be effective for twelve months from the date of issuance. Such license shall entitle the licensee to conduct up to three garage sales during the term of the license. No one sale shall extend for more than four days.
