Persons desiring to hold an auction sale shall file a written application stating, in addition to the requirements of Section 804.03, the name of the would-be auction seller who for one year previous shall have owned the goods to be sold, and shall attach thereto an inventory of the stock on hand, and shall file therewith a certified copy of the required State auctioneer's license.
