804.11 APPEAL.

In case any applicant has been denied a license, or if his license has been revoked or suspended, the applicant or licensee, as the case may be, shall have the right to appeal any such denial, revocation or suspension to the Board of Zoning Appeals which shall act as the Appeals Board for this chapter.
