670.34 UNSAFE CONDITION OF WATERCRAFT.

(a) No person shall operate, or cause or knowingly permit to be operated, in City waters, any watercraft which is in such an unsafe condition as to endanger any person or his property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
