670.33 OVERLOADED VEHICLE AND UNSAFE OPERATION.

(a) No person shall load any watercraft with passengers or cargo beyond its safe carrying capacity nor carry passengers in an unsafe manner, taking into consideration weather and other existing operating conditions.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
