670.32 FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY.

(a) No operator of a watercraft shall follow another watercraft more closely than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard to the speed of such watercraft and other marine traffic in the immediate vicinity.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
