(a) No person shall refuse to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of any member of the Police Department in connection with the operation of watercraft on the waters of the City.
(b) No person shall resist, hinder, obstruct or abuse any law enforcement officer while such officer is attempting to arrest offenders under the provisions of this chapter. No person shall interfere with any person charged under such provisions with the enforcement of the law relative to the waters of the City.

(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
