(a) No person shall keep for sale, offer for sale or sell within the City, except in regularly licensed drug stores and then only for medicinal purposes, Jamaica ginger, alcohol rub, wine or pepsin, blackberry cordial or any liquid, or compound medicated, proprietary or patented or by whatever name called if any such liquid or compound contains one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume and is fit or used for beverage purposes.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
