612.13 UNLAWFUL MANUFACTURE, SALE, ETC., OF LIQUOR.

(a) No person shall manufacture, sell, barter, deliver, transport, furnish or possess any intoxicating liquor or property designed or intended for use in the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor, except as authorized by law.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
