612.12 CARRYING, SOLICITING ORDERS, ETC., IN VIOLATION OF CHAPTER.

(a) No person shall keep or carry around on his person or in a vehicle or any other conveyance whatever, or leave in a place for another to secure, any intoxicating liquor, or solicit, take or accept orders for the sale or delivery of intoxicating liquor in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
