612.11 MANUFACTURING, ETC., ILLEGAL APPARATUS.

(a) No person shall advertise, manufacture, sell or possess for sale any substance, formula or apparatus designed or intended for use in the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
