612.09 OPEN CONTAINER IN VEHICLE.

(a) No person shall, in any public place or in a motor vehicle within the City, have in his possession or under his control any opened bottle, flask or other container containing intoxicating liquor or beer.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
