446.04 OBEDIENCE TO ORDER OF POLICE OFFICER.

No person shall refuse or fail to comply with any order, signal or direction of any member of the Police Department or Fire Department given or made in connection with the control of traffic or pedestrians pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
