282.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

Pursuant to Ohio R. C.149.39, there Is hereby established a Records Commission in and for the City, which shall be composed of the Mayor, or his or her appointed representative, who shall be the Chairman, the chief fiscal officer, the chief legal officer and a citizen appointed by the Mayor. The term of the citizen member shall be three years.
